After having a detailed discussion with Mr. Majid, We could actually understand the sentiments of a lay may client and his expectancy with an order. During all this, we could analyse, the Delivery TAT, which actually a buyer remains most concerned with. How Mr Majid\\\'s view helped us is , that we increased our pace in setting up of a smoother channelization of products and thus could bring down the delivery TAT down by 24 hrs. We are still working on it and will soon be able to offer earliest delivery.
